- The Sugant "Love Light Glow" Glow-in-the-Dark Condoms are made of natural rubber latex and offer a unique fluorescent effect that glows in the dark. To activate the glow effect, the condoms should be exposed to light for approximately 30 seconds. The glow effect lasts for about 15 minutes, followed by an afterglow that can last for hours.
