The tight-fitting sleeve has exciting dots inside and is made out of soft, stretchy material. The sleeve can be easily slid over the penis. The integrated ball ring fits securely around the testicles and stops the sleeve from slipping off. The sleeve's material makes the penis a lot thicker. The solid glans also extends the penis by a huge 8 cm!
