Shipping fees and payment methods
For shipping within Germany we charge a flat fee of 6.95 euros for shipments through DPD and DHL (extra services like CoD delivery or DHL GoGreen require extra fees on top of that).
Orders above 79.00 get free shipping inside Germany!

Note regarding shipping through Parcel.ONE or OTS: All parcels are shipped once a day together to a central depot. From there they are shipped together to the destination country and distributed there by local courier services. Therefore, this method of shipping is cheaper, but it usually takes up to 2 days longer than regular direct shipments (DHL, DPD, ...).
We generally do not deliver to countries that are not listed here. Please contact us for pickup arrangements or an individual solution if you need delivery to an unlisted country.
The name "Kondomotheke" does not appear anywhere on the parcel. The carton is just a plain and simple one.

Delivery times
A delivery period of 1-2 working days applies to all items marked as "immediately available" within Germany.
Deviating delivery times or processing times for individual items (e.g. pre-order items or custom-made items) are specified for the respective item.
Delivery times when shipping to addresses outside of Germany
For deliveries to our neighboring countries Belgium, Denmark, France (excluding overseas departments), Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland, the specified delivery time is extended by 3 days (if using collection services such as ParcelOne or OTS by 2 more days). For deliveries to all other European countries, the specified delivery time is extended by 7 days. For deliveries to countries outside Europe, the specified delivery period is extended by 20 days.
Partial deliveries
If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, for which the delivery times specified for the respective item apply. Additional shipping costs do not apply.
Information for calculating the delivery date
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
Note on the payment methods offered: We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases in order to protect against the risk of non-payment. In the event of a rejection, however, you can continue to pay in advance without restriction. Please note that purchase on account for consumers is only possible up to a maximum invoice amount of 200 euros. This limit applies to the entire customer account and therefore also includes outstanding amounts from past invoice orders. To protect against credit risk, we may obtain a credit report from SCHUFA Holding AG, InfoScore, Accumio or other credit agencies to protect our legitimate interests. The result of this check has no influence on the delivery itself, but only on the method of payment. In the event of a delay in payment, you undertake to reimburse all costs caused by appropriate measures to collect the outstanding receivables (costs of collecting receivables, costs of the licensed collection agency and a commissioned lawyer - procedural obligation to reimburse costs, default interest in the legally permissible amount, expenses and processing fees). We reserve the right to assign our claims with all rights to an external service provider. So if you are unable to pay an invoice on time due to sudden insolvency, please contact us first; We are going to find a solution.
Note: Chargebacks from direct debits or credit card payments are associated with very high costs for us. We therefore ask you to contact us first in the event of any problems. In the case of justified claims, we will immediately transfer the corresponding amounts to an account of your choice.
